Electronic tickets
Electronic tickets are paperless tickets that offer important advantages: they can be neither lost nor forgotten!

With an electronic ticket, you can check in with your credit card or customer card directly at the machines provided for this purpose. A simple and efficient solution! You can also check in at the airline's counter with a valid travel document.

This type of ticket is not valid for babies (from 0 to 23 months); they will therefore receive a paper ticket. A fee of CHF 10.- per paper ticket will be charged in these cases, as well as possible mailing expenses.

Cancellation costs for air tickets
A fee of CHF 100.- per ticket is added to the cancellation costs published by the respective airline. Airport surcharges may be reimbursable for non-used tickets. Please contact us if such a case arises.

A reimbursement fee of CHF 50.- per booking will be charged. The reimbursement can take between 7 and 30 days, depending on the airline. Reimbursements will be credited on the method of payment that has been used to buy the ticket(s).

How to book the best rates
• Book AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
Many discounted rates need to be reserved 7, 14 or 21 days prior to departure, depending on the booking conditions. In general, the best rates for international flights need to be reserved 30 days in advance. In order to increase your chances of finding an interesting rate according to your wishes, we recommend you to book as early as possible.

• SATURDAY night stay and minimum stay of 7 DAYS
Many discounted rates require a Saturday night stay at the destination. Some international rates require a minimum stay of 7 days.

• It is often cheaper to travel during the week. The largest number of discounted tickets is often available for flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. For European destinations, Saturday flights may be available at particularly interesting rates.

New regulations for hand luggage
Since the 6th of November 2006, new regulations for hand luggage apply to all flights departing from the EU and Switzerland. Passengers may only carry liquids in containers with a maximum volume of 100 ml. These containers must be transported in a transparent, re-sealable plastic bag with a maximum volume of 1 litre.

Are you travelling to the USA?
Since the 4th of October 2006, all passengers travelling to the USA need to fill in a new form and hand it in at the check in desk. This form is part of the APIS (Advanced Passenger Information System) program. Passengers can only embark once the airline has transmitted this form to the US authorities.
